Payment Timing:

• Credit card: Payment is processed at the time of reservation confirmation.

• Bank transfer: Advance payment via designated bank account.

The service will be provided on the reserved date and time.

Cancellation and Changes:

If you cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

• Up to 31 days before the first day of use: 30% of the total fee

• 30–15 days before the first day of use: 50% of the total fee

• 14 days before the first day of use to the day of use: 100% of the total fee

Refunds:

If a refund is applicable due to a cancellation, the refundable amount will be calculated according to the cancellation policy above.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card).

 

Force Majeure:

In principle, the above cancellation fees will still apply in the event that the service cannot be used due to severe weather, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
