A. Reservations are accepted via phone or email. We do not offer tentative bookings.
Q. Does the rental time include setup and teardown?
A. Yes. Your booking time includes setup, shooting, and cleanup.
Q. Can I visit the space before booking?
A. Yes. Please contact us in advance to arrange a viewing.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. Payment must be made in advance via bank transfer or credit card.
Q. What is the cancellation policy?

This applies even in cases of bad weather or natural disasters.
Q. Is parking available?

GYOEN NO KUUKAN: On-site parking (¥2,000/day, reservation required)

KODAIRA NO KUUKAN: No on-site parking. Please use nearby paid parking.
Q. Is there a maximum capacity?
A. GYOEN NO KUUKAN has a maximum capacity of 16 people.
Exceeding this limit will incur a penalty of ¥10,000 per person.
Q. Are there security measures?
A. Security cameras and noise monitoring systems are installed.
Tampering with cameras will result in a ¥30,000 penalty.
Q. Are there prohibited activities?
A. Yes. Activities such as excessive noise, illegal behavior, smoking, pets, misuse of the space, or exceeding capacity are prohibited.
